A 14-acre plant in the port city of Kandla, Gujarat, with dedicated machinery for each of our seven product lines.

The facility

Kandla, Gujarat.

The factory and Gujarat sales office sit at Padana Village, Gandhidham, in the Kandla region on the Gulf of Kutch.

The plant is equipped to serve both small contractors and large industrial developers, with a team of skilled professionals running each production line.

Processes

From log to finished product.

The stages below bring together the machinery listed across our product lines.

Log processing & sawing

Logs are converted into sawn timber on band saw machines.

Seasoning

Seasoning machines and a seasoning chamber prepare timber for further processing.

Machining & moulding

Double-side and double-surface planers, rip saws, 4- and 6-spindle moulders, trimmers and a TG machine.

Pressing & calibration

Hot and cold presses for shuttering ply, and hot pressing, calibration and drum sanding for doors.

Jointing & assembly

Finger-jointing and composing for H-beams, a semi-automatic drum line, and cutting, chamfering and notching for pallets.

Finishing

A painting line for H-beams before products are prepared for dispatch.

Logs are cut to size, sawn into timber and made into products such as cable drums and shuttering. These clips and photos show the kind of work involved.
